I have worked with Westview Engineering on a number of projects over the last couple of years. Westview Engineering has been an invaluable partner in our development of a heavy oil field in northern Alberta. Their project design, support and execution has been excellent and we intend to continue to use Westview for our surface engineering needs.

As C.O.O. of Canadian Abraxas Petroleum, ULC , I hired Westview Engineering Ltd. to do the engineering and construction of our oil and gas facilities. The projects involved included gas, water and effluent pipelines made from fibreglass, flexpipe, flexsteel and steel. Westview designed and built a central proration battery and a satellite battery to handle sour oil, gas and water production. The central battery also included gas conservation facilities and a produced water disposal plant and pipeline. Westview also developed and maintained an electronic proration battery report unique to our operations that did a great job of providing daily reports for management and engineering.

The projects were always well designed and fully documented. These projects were built on schedule and on budget. The Westview staff provided regular updates in meetings and with reports during the design and cost estimation phases and daily electronic reports during the construction phase. The professional staff were reliable and quick to respond to any request for changes or revisions to existing projects or to initiate new projects. I would not hesitate to recommend Westview Engineering to others.
